My sweet Hubby has been kind enough to take pictures of me so that I can track my progress in this format.
These are not professional shots and I realize they may not be exactly comparable due to small changes in position, lighting etc. but we're doing our best to accurately document how my body changes. The black bikini has left us but I hope to wear the same BLUE BIKINI at every shoot from now on. I will be comparing photographs of different body parts depending on which body parts show more progress. I have not edited these photographs AT ALL. Yes, those are three surgery scars - bellybutton, left hip, right hip. If you find the photographs gross, don't click on them. If you find them motivating, click away, these are for you! (They're for me too, of course!)

This is definitely my BEFORE picture. This photograph was taken on the day I decided to start weight training. I had been jogging with some regularity but decided I needed to add in a different type of workout to avoid boredom and monotony.
2nd Photograph:
08/26/2012
Weight 128.5
This photograph was taken on the day I started this blog. Between the first and second photograph, I have consistently weight trained at least twice a week by going to bootcamp or training at home. I have also continued jogging with a max distance of two miles per run. I definitely could use more tone and less fat but it's encouraging to be able to see a visual difference from the first photograph to the second. My waist area definitely looks smaller, more toned and less lumpy. Hooray progress!
